1) If the watch has been connected by another mobile phone , please disconnect the original mobile phone now , and the colleague’s watch terminal will restore the factory settings once in the settings.

2) Please note that the Bluetooth name of the call connection is ” N8 Ultra 49mm ” ,( this must note understand the name ” N8 Ultra 49mm ” device otherwise there will be a problem that the device cannot be searched when the APP is connected)

3) Please do not leave the watch more than 5 meters away from the phone during a call , otherwise the call quality will be affected.
