Order will eligible to get Refund or Return when it’s status changed to (Complete)
Login to your Account and click on (My Account) and there you just click on (Orders)
Select the order to which you want to send the return & refund request and click on the (Return & Refund) Button.
On the Refund & Return Request page, you have to write the (Subject of Refund Request), And (Reason of Refund Request), If Attachments necessary then you can upload. And click on (Submit Request) Button.
Pack the Package securely, If you received but it was damaged or unfunctional, Now you just write your order and return the tracking number carefully on the outer side of the package.
Handover this package to your nearest Drop-Off Point.
Make sure you have written your order number and return tracking number on your package at the time of drop off.
You can track your Return and Refund request status to login to your account and click on (Orders) page.

We promise your money back if the item you received is not as described, damaged, defective, incomplete at the time of delivery or if your item is not delivered within the Estimated Delivery Time You can get a refund in 5 working days after the claim process finishes. This guarantee is in addition to and does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer, as granted by all mandatory laws and regulations applicable in your country of residence.
Electronics or other device related issues after usage or the expiration of the Return Period, seller warranty or brand warranty could be given by the seller. For seller warranty, please contact the seller. The contact details of the seller can be found on the invoice. For brand warranty, please refer to the Brand Contact List. Conditions for Returns
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the product was delivered in the second layer of Daraz packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box
NOTE: It is important to indicate the order number and return tracking number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.
If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
Note: If your return has been rejected, it will be sent back to you within 3-5 working days. If you fail to receive the item within 3 attempts, it will be sent to scrap.
